A few things to know
How do I receive my Planks?
Planks are added to the account you confirm at checkout, even while you are offline. Check your balance in game with /plank balance.
Where can I spend them?
Mostly on ranks. Open /buy in game for the rank ladder, or /plank for crate keys and everything else. Bought, earned and received Planks all have the same value on the server.
Who handles my payment?
Tebex handles payment, billing and refunds. Your payment details are entered into Tebex’s secure checkout.
Planks are for use on PlankSMP, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Bundles are fixed, with no gifting, subscriptions, quantity changes or additional discounts.
