Arguing in chat goes nowhere
If a staff member makes a call, that is the call for now. Nothing gets reversed in chat, and being loud about it does not help the appeal you are about to write.
Know what you agreed to
Read the rules before appealing. Normal offences usually escalate; severe cheating, threats, doxxing, major exploitation, and serious harassment may go straight to a ban.
