Delivery
Tebex sells fixed Plank bundles. Planks are added to the verified in-game account you entered, even when that player is offline. Use /plank balance to check them.
Open /plank in game to browse everything you can buy with your balance.
Nothing arrived
Open a ticket in the Discord with your transaction ID and it gets sorted by hand. Do not buy it a second time.
Refunds
Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Tebex, who take the money, not by the server. Refunded or charged-back Planks and anything bought with them may be recovered; unrecoverable spent value becomes an account debt pending review.
